Mandi Karasek is Vice President of Human Resources, joining Digi in April of 2021. With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate human resources across domestic and global businesses, Mandi has a proven track record of designing and delivering effective human resource strategies. Her experience encompasses business and human resource leadership roles with an emphasis on improving business performance and workforce experience, setting large-scale talent strategy, advancing inclusion and diversity (I&D), and leading organization design and development.
