Digi International is committed to the manufacture of products in accordance with governmental regulations in order to protect the environment.
RoHS
Digi International products are manufactured to comply with EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU with amendment Directive 2015/863/EU. EU RoHS legislation applies to the following substances in the concentrations listed:
- Lead - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Mercury - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Cadmium - (0.01 % by mass or 100 PPM)
- Hexavalent chromium - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) - (0.1 % by mass or 1000 PPM)
Note: In situations where an exemption applies, the preceding limits, corresponding to the exempted substance(s), may be higher.
REACH
Digi International products are manufactured to comply with EU REACH regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) are not knowingly added to Digi International products.
Digi International provides a Certificate of Conformance for RoHS and REACH regulations.
