Because of Digi's excellent engineering department and superior products, we frequently get requests to customize existing products or to develop new products to meet special application requirements.
Digi is not a ''''job shop'''' or custom engineering firm though we can and do make custom products for a fee at our customer''''s request. Digi is most likely to accept work requests that will benefit a broad customer base. Digi does not grant exclusive rights to any product including products resulting from engineering work.
Digi will consider any custom work requests and new product ideas. The evaluation process takes approximately 14 days. To submit a request for quote for a custom engineering project please complete the attached form and send it via email to s[email protected] . Please provide as much detail about the opportunity as possible. A Digi applications engineer will follow up regarding the RFQ within 2 weeks.
If it is required for a Digi representative to make an on-site visit, Digi provides an RFQ for Special Services. Digi also provides a Custom RFQ for performing custom modifications to Digi's product line. Please find each attached below under Relevant Files.
